The HBA of Greater Springfield awards one builder a very special award each year. This award is the Builder of the Year. This year we are very excited that the owner of Rock Solid Construction, Shannon Lee, was chosen for this esteemed honor. Shannon commented that it was a very humbling experience when you take into account the caliber of people that have been the past winners of this award.
